習近平訪前 美總統參選人盧比歐開砲
（路透華盛頓28日電）中國大陸國家主席習近平預計9月赴美進行國是訪問，美國共和黨總統參選人盧比歐（Marco Rubio）今天指控習近平正加緊把美國排擠出亞洲之外。
在外交政策上屬於鷹派的盧比歐呼籲美國總統歐巴馬，「應向這位獨裁者直言以對」，而且應把習近平的到訪降格，取消以白宮晚宴款待的計畫。
來自佛羅里達州的聯邦參議員盧比歐指控習近平，試圖透過維護大陸在東海及南海等有主權爭議領土的控制權，削弱美國在亞洲的影響力。
盧比歐在南卡羅來納州向商業團體發表演說時指出，「在習近平統治下，中國已強化將美國排擠出亞洲的行動，並譴責我們在亞洲長期的夥伴如日本和菲律賓」。
盧比歐是古巴裔美國人，他有幾位與美國前總統小布希（George W. Bush）政府有關的「新保守主義」顧問。
他在17位角逐2016年11月總統大選共和黨提名的參選人中，民調屬於領先的前半段班。
盧比歐承諾將結束對國防預算的「自動減支」，並恢復美國先前的國防開支水準。
他說：「這樣做將讓我們能抵銷中國軍力和能力快速成長所帶來的威脅。我們也將保證，我們的航空母艦艦隊足以支持在太平洋增派航艦。」中央社（翻譯）
